A typical company sailing day:

9.30am arrive Marina breakfast and team focus briefing;

10.30am step on board for sailing orientation session; your team sails the boat, under the supervision of our trained skipper;

1.00pm lunch ashore; facilitation session;

3.00pm afternoon session includes sailing challenges, simple navigation and manoeuvres;

5.30pm afternoon tea and debrief; discuss and agree action plan and depart.

We provide a challenging but safe environment for you to take your team out
of the 'comfort zone' of the office – in the real context of a teamworking experience – sailing.

The sessions are safe and fun – even if it's wet. And it’s not just for the intrepid – we’ve had years of experience introducing absolute beginners to the thrill of sailing.
